My Career so far

I approach design and teamwork with a focus on human-centred, establishing empathy for the people who make and the people who use the products and services I help bring to life. Throughout my internship, I’ve collaborated with a diverse set of brands including Hitachi, JD.com, and China Eastern Airlines, learning and growing in collaboration with the design team to create insight-driven, human-centred experiences that ensure merchant and user needs are met. My UX practice combines prototype design, service design, design thinking, UX research and experience strategy, all with the most sincere concerns for end users.
